Provides job protection while you are out for surgery. We complete all required medical certification forms so your leave can be properly submitted and approved through your employer.
Please note: FMLA is unpaid leave. If your employer requires FMLA and Short Term Disability (STD) to run concurrently (meaning both claims are processed and used at the same time during your leave), you will need to purchase the Ruby Package to ensure both sets of documentation are completed correctly.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Refunds: Due to the nature of medical clearance and leave paperwork services, all payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated (e.g., chart review, lab/diagnostic orders, paperwork review and completion).
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 administrator fee.
- Provider Rights: The MedClearer reserves the right to cancel or withdraw services if a patient is uncooperative, disrespectful, or fails to provide required documentation. In such cases, only unrendered services may be eligible for refund consideration.
