Supports your employer’s internal leave approval process. We complete the necessary medical documentation to ensure your time off is properly recorded and approved.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Refunds: Due to the nature of medical clearance and leave paperwork services, all payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated (e.g., chart review, lab/diagnostic orders, paperwork review and completion).
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 administrator fee.
- Provider Rights: The MedClearer reserves the right to cancel or withdraw services if a patient is uncooperative, disrespectful, or fails to provide required documentation. In such cases, only unrendered services may be eligible for refund consideration.
