Medical Clearance Gold

Medical Clearance Gold is designed for individuals who need lab orders for medical clearance and the finalization of medical clearance paperwork for their surgeon. Our service includes the prompt provision of lab orders and the efficient completion of all Medical Clearance documents, with or without an MD signature. 

Please note:

• All Labs must come back positive before booking an appointment.
• The client is responsible for taking lab orders to their nearest testing site, to be completed.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of medical clearance and leave paperwork services, all payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated (e.g., chart review, lab/diagnostic orders, paperwork review and completion).
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 administrator fee.
• Provider Rights: The MedClearer reserves the right to cancel or withdraw services if a patient is uncooperative, disrespectful, or fails to provide required documentation. In such cases, only unrendered services may be eligible for refund consideration.
