Medical Clearance Silver

Medical Clearance Silver is for  individuals who already have their labs completed and need medical clearance paperwork finalized for their surgeon. Our service includes the efficient completion of Medical Clearance paperwork with or without an MD signature.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of medical clearance and leave paperwork services, all payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated (e.g., chart review, lab/diagnostic orders, paperwork review and completion).
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 administrator fee.
• Provider Rights: The MedClearer reserves the right to cancel or withdraw services if a patient is uncooperative, disrespectful, or fails to provide required documentation. In such cases, only unrendered services may be eligible for refund consideration.
